Raspberry Overnight Oats

This is my go-to recipe for early morning workouts. Prepare this the night before and it will make for an awesome breakfast in the morning (And it might give you a couple extra minutes to sleep!).


½ cup rolled oats

½ cup coconut milk, plus a little extra

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 teaspoons chia seeds

3 teaspoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Shredded coconut sprinkled on top (If you’re a coconut lover like myself!)


Hand mix all ingredients in a large cup. Cover and put in refrigerator. Let sit overnight. Uncover and enjoy the next morning!
